"I won a spot on a Flex & Flow 6 Week Challenge at the beginning of 2023. I wasn't a current client, so was unsure what to expect. However the first time I met with Madonna to complete my initial consultation, she made me feel so at ease and excited for the challenge. I didn't have 'get fit & lose weight' type of goal, but Madonna was able to tailor her nutritional & mindset coaching to help me achieve my goals and motivate me to continue to implement them to this day. As a Pilates Instructor, I find Madonna does a great job to push you in class, while still honoring your abilities. She always offers different variations of each exercise to cater for everyone in class and I love that she is very focused on ensuring form is always a priority, something that is so important to help reduce the chance of injury. Madonna is passionate about sharing Pilates, and her classes have a lovely community feel to them, no judgement and lots of laughs and smiles!"
