Service Description

During your first appointment, we will take the time to discuss your physical and emotional health concerns, as well as your goals for overall well-being. We will conduct a comprehensive health and wellness consultation to identify any underlying imbalances that may be affecting your health. Based on our assessment, we will determine the best therapy for you on the day and as part of your long-term goals. We will also discuss your treatment plan and what to expect moving forward. The treatments we offer may include acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, Chinese herbal medicine, and dietary suggestions based on Chinese medicine principles. Cupping therapy is an ancient healing practice that involves creating a vacuum in special cups and placing them on the skin to stimulate blood flow, alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being. Moxibustion is a form of Heat therapy. It involves burning dried mugwort (moxa) on or near specific points of the body. This technique aims to enhance circulation, promoting a harmonious flow of Blood and Qi along the meridians. Renowned for its efficacy in addressing conditions associated with Cold or Yang deficiency, as well as Dampness, moxibustion can also effectively alleviate Heat and excess conditions when administered correctly. Its ability to invigorate the body with renewed energy makes it one of my favourite treatments to perform in the clinic. Private Health Rebate available.

Please make a note of the following information: - Due to high demand for our services, a $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable at your appointment. - No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment start time or your deposit will be forfeited. Extenuating circumstances may be permitted within reason. - We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking.
