Service Description

Remedial massage therapy is a specialised form of massage that is designed to specifically target and treat muscle injuries and overuse. It can also benefit individuals who lead an active lifestyle or those with postural alignment issues. During a remedial massage session, your therapist assesses the condition of the muscles to identify any abnormalities. They then utilize a variety of massage techniques such as deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and stretching to help restore normal muscle tension and realign joints. Cancellation Policy

Please make a note of the following information: - Due to high demand for our services, a $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable at your appointment. - No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment start time or your deposit will be forfeited. Extenuating circumstances may be permitted within reason. - We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking.
